Demolished a concrete block retaining wall and stairs and replaced it with a new block wall and stairs.



J is very professional. When I first called him he was going out of town for a week and would call me when he returned. As promised, he called me the next week and we maintained regular contact by email, text, and phone until the job was completed. He understood what I wanted to achieve with the retaining wall and steps that separate our upper patio from the lower yard and had good suggestions and solutions. I hired him for the job because his price was fair, he could fit the job in fairly quickly, and his overall professionalism was impressive. The team completed the job on time and cleaned-up beautifully. I am very happy with the work itself and my backyard looks so much better. I highly recommend JEO Masonry & Tile.

He did an amazing job. The patios look very good. From the begining to the end, he was very communicative. He was flexible with changes we want to make. Overall very professional and friendly. We will use him again in the future.

Very prompt and professional in dealing with Jeo. Also, gave me multiple approaches based on his experience with the winter months. Range of price was OK, from touch up to full replacement. I ultimately went with just the touch up and probably should have taken his advice on full replacement. I was very satisfied with the work performed, Jeo even came back when I called him about a small issue and he fixed it with no issue.

John is great - he is very responsive in communication via phone, email or text. He has competitive quote and he gave valuable input on design of new patio. He communicates very well over the whole week of work, and the new patio looks even better than I expected. Already referred him to a friend and will not hesitate to use his service again in the future.

Ahead of time, John calls and gives me an estimate of cost and time frame. It seemed reasonable. He charged me the bottom end of the cost estimate and finished ahead of the estimated time frame. Quality, Value, Convenience = 5 stars

Great. No issue. Done on time and on budget. Beautiful floor. We just love it. Coordinated with electrician. No delays.

John was very prompt and punctual in meeting with us to lay out the project. He had many good suggestions as to what to do. He did the job promptly and well, adding some extra touches like constructing a stone bench for us at no extra charge and finding a railing contractor for us. The walkway now gets lots of compliments. We would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

I had contacted the company about a year ago to come inspect and internal chimney. JEO came out and told me that repair was unnecessary. I was impressed by their professionalism at the time so decided to contact them for some outside work. them They came and gave me a quote and informed me that the work I had originally specced out was below their minimum price for a day. We walked around the outside and found other areas to fix. John then included the materials since I was still somewhat below the minimum. When the crew came out they did all the work requested and were even able to restore several decorative curved pillars on the porch. I was extremely pleased with the work and the speed of the service. Would definitely use them again for future work.

John and his team were extremely professional and the work was completed was very solid. John himself is responsive and thoughtful, which made the process much easier. Overall great guy (and employees) and would recommend him to anyone in the future.

I was initially apprehensive in using Angies List. I usually obtain repairs and services for my house via recommendations from friends and referrals from neighbors. However, it was difficulty to obtain a

referral for a Mason. A tree fell on top of my garage during a storm and destroyed the upper facing area of my three car garage. There were lots of fallen bricks on the ground. My backyard looked like a disaster area. John was one of several mason contractors I contacted via Angies List. John's mild manner, attention to detail, and professional approach put me at ease. Since the damage occurred close to the winter months John was not able to begin the Job. However, he visited my home to assess the damage and the scope of the work. John offered to put a tarp on the garage roof to protect it from inclement weather until he can begin the work at the first break of winter. He asked for a nominal down payment and assured me he would complete the work. John was personally investment in completing the work. He did as he promised. At the first break of winter he contacted me and began the work. He and his worker completed the work in a professional and time efficient and effective manner. More importantly, John is a personable and approachable individual. He offered ideas and suggestions to me regarding a new design of the garage facing. He went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my specific needs. He returned all phone calls in a timely manner. John is First Class! He is highly recommended by me.

John and his team were great to work with. John's workman ship is top notch, plus he's good a good eye for what will look good and what will not. So, he will make his suggestions, but doesn't pressure you into choosing one way or the other. He's very professional, provided a fair scope of work, and showed solid knowledge of the trait. Plus, it is worth mentioning that a few days later after the work was completed I needed to make a change and John was very good about it, he was very accommodating. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the work! I had a 40' x 4' walkway re-pointed, along with some loose pieces on the front stairs as well. The response time was excellent, reasonable estimates were provided and the workers showed up on time. In fact, they were able to squeeze me in as they were aware of the timeline I was under. I really appreciated the prompt service. After the job was complete, we did a final walk thru and before I was even able to say anything, he noticed a spot that needed to be touched up. the crew came back in a couple days and fixed it to my satisfaction. Very good customer service and very professional. I would use again for sure.

John was awesome. I called him in a real bind (I had a couple things I was trying to line up - walkway/driveway/hydroseeding, and I needed someone to do the sidewalk immediately). Despite it being a ridiculously busy time for him, right before a holiday weekend, he squeezed in our job. He brought a crew, all respectful, and mindful of cleaning up. He was meticulous and made sure he got it how I wanted it. I'm so grateful, and will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend.
